Teddy Bear Afghan and Pillow

I've had requests to reissue this pattern from the early 1990's into a downloadable pdf as well as a digest-sized printed version, and finally I'm happy to say I finished it!  This was the first of many teddy bear afghans that we published in the dropped dc stitch, which is now also known as monochromatic mosaic crochet.  It was designed by the late Martha Gorka, who also created the Noah's Ark and Angels Everywhere afghans for us in the late 1990's.

Crochet this adorable teddy bear design using just sc and dc stitches and our popular dropped dc technique which forms the designs (yep, they're NOT popcorn stitches, which are not my favorite things to do!)

Pattern includes written instructions for 46X58 inch child-size and 35 3/4 X 45 inch baby-size afghan plus a 14" pillow.  Also included are optional graphs.  Child-size afghan and pillow are made from worsted weight yarn and baby-size afghan is made from baby sport yarn.  Easy skill level.

See my website for a video how-to featuring the dropped dc stitch.

Works up quickly, and it's SO easy to do!

Priced at only $6.95, why not get yours today?
